Short version. What you generate is yours, including for commercial use. The Viewmax software, site and branding remain ours.

Your generated content

Subject to your account being in good standing and your use complying with our Terms of Service, you may use the videos, images, scripts and audio you generate for any lawful purpose — personal or commercial. That includes advertising, client work, and monetised social media.

We claim no ownership of your output. We may retain copies as needed to operate the service.

What this licence does not cover

Third-party material you supply. If you upload footage, music, a logo or a likeness you don't have rights to, generating with it doesn't grant you those rights.
Provider restrictions. The underlying model providers impose their own usage limits, which flow through to your output.
Real people. Using someone's face or voice needs their permission, regardless of what our tools allow you to produce.

The Viewmax platform

The site, application, source code, design and the Viewmax name and logo are owned by Viewmax LLC. Nothing here grants you a licence to copy, resell or redistribute the platform itself, or to present it as your own product.

Attribution

You are not required to credit Viewmax in content you produce. It's appreciated, never mandatory.
