Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary. We collect your email, your generations, and basic usage data — the minimum needed to run the service. Payments go through Whop, so we never see your card. We don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
- Content — the prompts, uploads and generated videos, images, scripts and audio associated with your account.
- Billing records — your plan, credit balance and transaction history. Card details are handled entirely by Whop; they never reach our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
How we use it
To run your account, process generations, meter credits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use your private generations to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to operate Viewmax:
- Supabase — account records and database hosting
- Whop — payments and subscription management
- Railway and Netlify — application and site hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS and bot protection on our sign-up forms
- AI providers — your prompts and uploads are sent to the model provider that fulfils the request
We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Generated content stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Some records — transactions, security logs — may be kept longer where we're required to.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask for a copy of it. Email viewmaxsupport@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Cookies
We use only what's necessary: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-up forms to block bots. No advertising trackers.
Children
Viewmax isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll post the update here with a new date.
