Terms of Service

Plain-English summary. You buy credits, you spend them generating videos, images, scripts and voiceovers. You own what you make. Don't use the service to break the law or impersonate people. Credits are consumed on use and generally aren't refundable once spent.

1. Who we are

Viewmax is operated by Viewmax LLC ("Viewmax", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate anything. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

3. Credits and payment

Generation is metered in credits. Different tools cost different amounts, shown before you run them.
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and processed through Whop. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Credits are added to your balance when payment clears. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Credits already spent on a completed generation are not refundable. If a generation fails through our fault, the credits are returned to your balance.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Prices can change. We'll give notice before a change affects an active subscription.

4. What you make

You own the output you generate, to the extent it can be owned, and you're free to use it commercially. You're responsible for making sure your inputs and outputs don't infringe anyone's rights.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service — running generations, storing your library, and troubleshooting. We don't sell your content.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Viewmax to create or distribute content that:

is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
impersonates a real person, or uses someone's likeness or voice without their permission
is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way
harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against anyone
is deceptive — fake news, fraudulent endorsements, scams
infringes copyright, trademark or other rights

Don't attack the service either: no scraping, no circumventing credit limits or rate limits, no reselling access, no automated abuse. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. Third-party AI providers

Generation runs on third-party models. Your prompts and uploads are sent to those providers to produce your output. Their availability, behaviour and output quality are outside our control.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose — review it before you publish it. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Viewmax LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update. You can stop using Viewmax at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
